Dr. Carroll is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He is always available to help you with your medical needs. If you need to reach Dr. Carroll after hours, please call the office number, 630-653-4200, and the answering service will page him for you.
Appointments:
Our office staff will be happy to assist you in making an appointment that fits your schedule. We have three locations to accommodate our patients’ needs. You can make all appointments through our main office number 630-653-4200, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00.
Billing and Payments:
Dr. Carroll accepts most insurance plans and Medicare. We recommend checking with your plan to make sure we are in your network. We are contracted with an excellent billing service, Medical Reimbursement Specialists. If you have any billing questions they will be happy to assist you, 630-554-2393.
